Faith Words: Pray

If you haven't seen War Room yet, I urge you to go soon - not to have a remarkable time at the movies (which you will) or to boost the movie's ratings (which you will) - but because this movie carries a message each of us needs to hear:  Prayer changes everything.

Our Father God has given us every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus and one of those powerful - power-filled - gifts is prayer.

I believe that through our prayers, when we come before God's throne in the name of Jesus Christ, we access the power available to us in ways we can hardly imagine. When we trust our Father to give us the right answer in the right time, when we submit ourselves to His will, we will gain a peace and a strength we've never known before.

So, for your own edification, enjoyment, and encouragement, go see War Room.  Then, follow the Biblical example you'll see there and PRAY - and watch what God will do.

Blessings!

Patrice

Matthew 6:6 (NIV)

But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
